Salzwin runs 14-day reactivation campaigns for med spas and dental practices across the Wasatch Front. You pay $750 to start. You pay the rest only if we book $5,000 in revenue.
Most practices we walk into have 2,000+ patients sitting in their database who haven't booked in over a year. Nobody calls them. Nobody texts them. They're not gone — they're forgotten. That's not a marketing problem. It's a revenue rescue.
We don't sell theory. We map your dormant list, build a campaign in your existing systems, run it for 14 days, and report every single number — including the ones you wish were better.
We ask four questions: how many patients you've served, how many are dormant, your average ticket, and what systems you use. By minute 12 we both know whether the math works.
We pull your dormant list, segment it by value and last service, build the 5-touch sequence inside your existing CRM and SMS platform, and send you everything for approval before a single message goes out.
Email. SMS. Email. SMS. Email. We monitor opens, clicks, and bookings daily. Subject lines or offers underperforming? We adjust within 24 hours. Bookings drop into your normal scheduling system.
Booked revenue. Appointments. Soft leads. What worked, what we learned, and what comes next. Most of our pilots clear $10K. Most pilots become monthly retainers within 48 hours of this report.
Most practices send one recall postcard and quit. That's not a campaign — it's a courtesy.
Our sequence runs across 14 days, alternating email and SMS, escalating from warm reconnection to genuine urgency. Anyone who books gets pulled from the sequence immediately. Anyone who replies but doesn't book gets tagged as a soft lead for personal follow-up.
It's not technology. It's persistence with manners.
Most agencies want $3,000 to $5,000 a month, flat, with no skin in the game. We charge less, and most of our fee depends on actual booked revenue. If we don't deliver, you don't keep paying.
There are larger agencies. There are software-only platforms. There are national reactivation specialists with no Utah footprint. Here's what we offer that none of them do.
Our office is on the Wasatch Front. Your account manager isn't a 23-year-old coordinator in California you'll never meet — it's the person you're emailing right now. Lehi, Draper, Sandy, Cottonwood Heights, Saratoga Springs: we drive there.
Most of our pilot fee is contingent on actual booked revenue, not on a retainer that runs whether we deliver or not. The structure exists because the math should be obvious to both sides — not buried inside a quarterly report.
Years running reactivation programs in B2B sales — actually calling lapsed accounts, actually closing the conversations. The campaigns work because the psychology is right, not because the tools are fancy. Most agencies have this backwards.
Salzwin draws its name from Salzburg and Wien — Salzburg, whose salt trade built the Habsburg fortune, and Vienna, whose imperial court ran on it for six hundred years.
Salt was the original preservation technology. It kept what would otherwise be lost.
Salzwin preserves something today's practices waste daily: the customer relationships they've already earned.
This is personal. I was born in Vienna. I grew up close to Salzburg and still remember walking through the salt mines as a child. Vast, ancient, still doing the work they were built for. The name carries that with it.

Those tools send the messages. They don't work the list. Most practices send one recall blast and quit. We build a 5-touch sequence across 14 days, segment by patient value, follow up personally on the high-value ones, and tag soft leads for your front desk. We're the labor your software was waiting for.
You're out the $750 deposit and you walk away with five professional campaign templates, a cleaned dormant list, and clear data on who engaged. We don't get paid the performance fee unless we book $5,000+ in revenue. Worst case: you find out, for $750, that your dormant list isn't what you hoped.
Five to seven days from a signed agreement to campaign launch — provided we get CRM access on day one. The campaign then runs for 14 days. First bookings typically show up in week one. Full results report is in your inbox on day 20.
Bookings flow directly into your existing scheduling system through a custom link. We handle messaging, follow-up texts, and tagging soft leads. Your front desk closes the appointment — but the lead is hand-delivered. For high-value soft leads, we also provide a phone script (and on the retainer tier, we make the calls ourselves if you'd rather).
All campaigns run through your existing CRM and SMS platform, which already hold your patient consents and opt-ins. We never send to lists without consent and we honor every opt-out across all future campaigns, not just the one in flight. For practices in healthcare, we operate within your existing HIPAA-compliant systems — we don't move PHI into ours.
The list is a flowing river, not a draining bathtub. A practice with 2,500 active patients adds 15–40 new patients a month and lapses 20–50 every month. By month six your dormant pool has refilled with people who weren't dormant when you started. We rotate campaign angles — birthday, seasonal, treatment-specific, insurance-benefit — so the same patient never receives the same pitch twice.
Those are our primary verticals because the math is cleanest — high-ticket transactions, natural visit cadence, mature CRM ecosystems. But the same playbook works for aesthetic clinics, dermatology, orthodontics, cosmetic surgery, and any appointment-based practice with a database of 1,000+ patients. If you're unsure whether your business fits, the 15-minute discovery call answers that.
Two minutes to fill out. We reply the same day during business hours. The 15-minute call that follows costs nothing and commits to nothing.
We'll reply within one business day. In the meantime, expect an email from david@salzwin.com.
